For many years, Bohr Tea faced challenges in the market due to outdated and antiquated packaging; its extended product lines also suffered from visual clutter. Customers expected the new packaging to retain the brand's iconic image while showcasing its classic, original flavor. The new packaging retains Mr. Bohr's name and maintains a consistent brand font, combining the original gold with a bright beige, and incorporating white space to evoke a tea-drinking aesthetic. The PET bottle's shrink wrap challenged a gold printing technique that overcame printing defects, a rare printing method in the beverage market at the time.
